TC Collier grew up in Atlanta, and has been building the finest quality homes and buildings here since 1983—beginning the very next day after graduating from The University of North Carolina. His first love is and has always been helping his clients realize their dreams—by creating the places where those dreams come true.
TC has an extensive and wide-ranging career over almost 30 years of experience as a general contractor, developer, and principal in a wide variety of projects to draw upon. Projects have included new homes and remodeling, historic renovation, development, commercial contracting and remodeling, and multi-family construction. He has also been called upon to solve major structural and general construction problems.
TC grew up in Atlanta, attending Westminster Schools before matriculating at UNC. He serves as an arbitrator and mediator, and has an ongoing practice as a construction consultant and problem-solver with Collier Consultants.
TC excels at building the finest team for each project, with a focus on the highest quality architecture, structural integrity, construction processes, and finishes.
TC and his wife, Allison, reside in Buckhead with their four children who attend Morris Brandon Elementary, Lovett and Westminster. He is regularly reminded of his heritage as he rides by the first house his grandfather built in Buckhead in 1945 (which happens to face Morris Brandon). TC serves on the board of neutrals (arbitrators) with the American Arbitration Association, is a former member of the State Board of Directors of the Homebuilders Association of Georgia, and has been involved in charity and fundraising in a wide variety of areas over his career.
TC is part of an extensive family tradition in real estate, general contracting, and home building, a tradition dating back to each of his grandfathers and beyond. His grandfather built his first homes in Atlanta in the 1930s, and one of the first suburban shopping areas in Atlanta in the 1950s. The family has been building fine homes and buildings for over 60 years. Together, his extended family maintains this tradition of building the finest custom estate homes in such places as Buckhead and North Atlanta, Raleigh, Ponte Vedra, Florida and Cashiers, North Carolina.
